The beginning of a story 2

Problem

Read the passage from the beginning of the story.

Mike

Mike had a shaggy brown coat and only a stump of a tail. He had loving eyes and a happy face. He liked to chase cats and was interested in everything that passed on the street—especially cars! He was known to explore the neighborhood in search of pies, bits of meat, cheese, and other treats. But every afternoon at 4:00 p.m., Mike could be found waiting on his front porch. He was waiting for his owner to come home.
Based on what we learn about Mike, what activity might cause him problems later on?
