    So if I get this correctly, the layers from outer to inner would be:
    Exocarp -> Mesocarp -> Endocarp -> Testa -> Tegmen (for dicots) -> Perisperm (in some plants: coffee and black pepper) -> Endosperm (kernel and coconut water in this case) -> Embryo
