Gel electrophoresis

Problem

3 students prepare to run electrophoresis experiments. Each of them loads DNA fragments into an agarose gel, and connects their apparatus to electrodes in order to run an electric current through the set up.
Each student’s setup is illustrated in the images below. The gel containing the DNA (pink) in wells is depicted inside a box, connected to electrodes ('+' or '−' indicate positive or negative, respectively).
Based on their setups, identify which student will see their DNA fragments separate correctly.
