In capillary action, water rises due to adhesion force but "how to consider up to what height will it rise?" Through the video explanation it seems it will rise to top of capillary but it is not in actual?

  Yes, actually after a point the water starts rising up because gravitational force takes over and prevents the water from rising upwards.
