Can he just add easier Black Hole badges? I mean, I know that you must work hard, but can we at least have one? We worked so hard all this time. Also, who ACTUALLY has a black hole badge? Tell me plz!

Everything in Khan Academy is not for children to whip through. The Black Hole badges were probably created to help students stretch their brains a little bit.

can someone tell me how many mastery points and hustle points do you need to get 1st position on the leaderboard? I once had 365 skill minutes and mastery points around 150 but only reached 13th position on the leaderboard? How do minutes correlate with mastery and hustle points?

I'm pretty sure there is no specific amount. You have to try your best and get the highest amount of points you can.
