Finding unknown geometrical dimensions using linear equations

The area of a rectangle decreases by 9 sq. units if its length decreases by 5 units, and its breadth increases by 3 units.
When the length and breadth increase by 3 and 2 units respectively, the area increases by 67 sq. units.
