Interpret line plots

Problem

Students in Mr.Badger’s science class planted 13 conifers around the school yard. After one month, they measured the heights of the conifers. They rounded each measurement to the nearest 14 of an inch and plotted the results on the line plot below. Each point represents one conifer.
A line plot labeled 6 to 10 with tick marks at every one-fourth unit. Dots are plotted as follows: 3 dots above the tick mark at six and one-fourth, 2 dots above the tick mark at six and three-fourths, 1 dot above the tick mark labeled seven and two-fourths, 4 dots above the tick mark at eight and one-fourth, 2 dots above the tick mark at eight and three-fourths, and 1 dot above the tick mark labeled nine and two-fourths.
List the heights of the 2 tallest plants, from greatest to least.
