• If you'd like to mark the actual time: then yes, all you'd have to do is place the tick mark at the . However, if you mean 1 hour as in the span of time, then you'd probably go over the timeline from - (because an hour has passed between and ) with a line to signify that you're referring to an entire hour passing.
