Overview of materials

This collection of free resources, designed in partnership with Adobe, brings together Adobe’s creative tools with Khan Academy’s world-class content. Educators can choose from over a hundred lesson plans, activities, and projects that are flexible, adaptable, and easy to use. The resources are designed to infuse creativity into any discipline, both in your classroom and in flexible learning environments.
The materials include a unique 14-lesson storytelling curriculum, co-created with Pixar in a Box, that teaches students to bring their stories to life in any course, discipline, or grade level.
The team of teachers who created these resources with Adobe intentionally made them available as free and editable Google docs that anyone can take, copy, and adapt to suit their own context, needs, and goals.

Using the provided resources, you’ll be able to:

  • Harness the power of creativity for deeper learning and content retention.
  • Access engaging ready-to-use activities and projects for your classroom.
  • Choose and utilize creative tools to meet your learning objectives.
  • Adapt content, depth, and length of materials to align with your course curriculum objectives.

Sample Lesson

Math example | Parallel streets and famous landmarks
In this lesson, students watch a Khan Academy video on angles and transversals. Then, they’re asked to apply what they've learned creatively in an exciting Adobe and Khan Academy activity.
