HTML: The br tag
The
<br> tag is used to introduce line breaks in a paragraph. Often used inside poems and lyrics, to delineate between each line.Note that the
<br> does not have a close tag, and does not need any slash. It is sometimes written as <br/> but <br> is perfectly valid.
