No. The reason you see the same color is because they were created the same. Even if you have limited types of metal, you can mix them in different amounts to get a new color.

  I don't know but we are doing chemistry in 5th grade so I might be able to ask my teacher. I know that the planetal orbit is done by gravity, but I'm not sure about electrons.
