Before beginning, make sure that you:
  1. Are using the the latest version of Firefox (you need to be using at least version 2.0.0.1).
  2. Have your math fonts installed:
    • On a PC, you can install the fonts by clicking here and following the directions.
    • On a Mac, you need to:
      1. Click here to download an archive of the fonts (you can save it to your desktop).
      2. Open the MathFonts.zip file (you can click "open" in the Firefox "download" window or double-click on the zip file).
      3. A folder called "MathFonts" should appear on your desktop.
      4. Open the "MathFonts" folder.
      5. Double-click on every file (all 7) and click "install fonts" when prompted.
      6. If you are the administrator and want every user of the computer to have access to the fonts, you can skip steps 4-5 and should copy or move the "MathFonts" folder to "/system/library/fonts". It might say that "The item 'MathFonts' could not be moved because 'Fonts' cannot be modified" in which case you should click on "authenticate" and type in the adminstrator password.
  3. Are super-motivated to learn math faster and better than ever before!
