    I have question that pertains to the credits at the very end of the video. How is the National Gallery able to claim a copyright to Titian's paintings? Are they claiming a copyright to the image as shown in the video only, or are they claiming a copyright to all images of that painting, regardless of where it is viewed? Any clarification will be appreciated.

      You raise a very interesting question. First, I am not a lawyer, that said, I assume they are trying to claim a copyright on the photograph, not on the artwork. I am not particularly familiar with British copy protections, but in the U.S. some case law has established that there must be some creative aspect for a claim to hold up, if a photo is purely documentary and 2d straight on, etc., that might be a difficult case to make.
